What does this policy cover?
This policy covers the data Fake Filler (“we”) collect about you (“user”), how we collect it, what we do with it and how you can access it. The privacy policy covers this website (“Website”), the Fake Filler browser extension (“Extension”) for Chrome, Edge and Firefox and any other services that we provide to you.
What does this policy not cover?
This policy does not cover what third-party services we use do with your data. We use trusted companies to handle transactions and actions outside the expertise of the team at Fake Filler. We use the following third-party services and have linked to their privacy policies:
- Google Analytics (privacy policy) - track and store anonymous usage behaviour so that we can optimize the services we provide to you. Google Analytics is not used in the Extension.
- MailChimp (privacy policy) - send newsletters to you if you choose to sign up for it by providing your email address
- SendGrid (privacy policy) – for transactional email communication
- Stripe (privacy policy) – to collect billing information and process payments
- Google Firebase (privacy policy) – to handle user authentication, track which users have purchased the Pro version of the Extension and synchronise Extension settings (for Pro users only)
How will you use the data you collected about me?
In general, we collect information about you to provide you with the Fake Filler extension and any additional services outlined throughout the Website. This includes, but is not limited to:
- debug or make improvements to the Extension,
- corroborate your usage details with other users to analyse general trends and habits of users to determine ways to continuously improve the Extension, and
- provide customer service if you personally report a bug or issue to us vial email
Do you share my information with other organisations?
We share selected information with the third-party services listed above and strictly for the necessary operations of the service. We do not share your information with any other organisations and are committed to never doing this.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so.
Do you display ads?
No, you will never see advertisements on our Website or the Extension.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Fake Filler Extension, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependant’s use of the Extension.
